Once you are familiar with the technique, this should take you only a couple minutes to complete every a.m.
Laying or sitting still, slowly turn your head to face left, then back forward center, then slowly turn your head to face right. Notice your range of motion. Staying completely still - now LOOK with just your eyes as far left as possible - Hold 30 seconds. Repeat looking towards your right as far as possible, while keeping your head still - Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat the initial exercise to determine your Range Of Motion and take note of its improvements |

*Inhale through nose for a count of 7 while envisioning Sacred Secretion flowing down your spine *Hold breath for a count of 7 while envisioning Sacred Secretion bubbling in Solar Plexus *Exhale through mouth for a count of 7 while envisioning Sacred Secretion flowing back up your spine and into your pineal (Repeat for 7 minutes - or as intuitively led) |

Spend 10 minutes caring for your lymphatic system in whichever means is most fun for you! I personally like to Bounce on a Mini-Rebounder. But any regular physical exercise will get the system activated: jumping, walking, stretching, yoga, Pilates and any other moderate exercise done on a daily basis will aide in the health of your lymphatic system.
